It's all about the home baked brownie right here, with chunky, rustic mouthwatering delights.

​

Brownie boxes, slabs, celebration stacks, cream tea & afternoon tea and sweet & savoury sharing/grazing boards, we've got lots to offer you - navigate to a page by clicking on the relevant tab along the top of the menu bar.

The ethos is using the finest ingredients to create a delicious brownie such as Belgian chocolate, Fair-trade cocoa and a quality milled flour.

​

Our kitchen is based inside our shop in Waterlooville, we hold a Level 5 hygiene rating with Havant Borough Council and are fully insured.

​

The shop is located at the top end of the precinct in Waterlooville town centre and the counter opens only on a Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

​

On the counter you'll find an array of flavours of chocolate brownies (we try and mix flavours up weekly but there are some firm favourites which will always be available) we often bake blondies, rocky road and cookie pies.

​

We bake all our produce the day before, so once all the bakes have gone for that day then they're gone, you'll need to pop back the next day if you miss out! 

​

(Please note, we do not hold excess stock and our bakes for the shop are just a small part of our production. We are a team of 2 working hard to bring you as many brownies and bakes as we possibly can)

We serve milkshakes, and also offer our delicious cups of Belgian hot chocolate, a locally roasted coffee and selection of teas.

​

A range of Fentimans soft drinks are also available.

Thursday 10.30am - 4.00pm

Friday 10.30am - 4.00pm

Saturday 9.30am - 3.00pm
