On placing an order with Harvest View Brownies, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Return Policy.


This website is operated by Harvest View Brownies. Throughout the site, the terms "I", “we”, “us” and “our” refers to Harvest View Brownies.

Once an order has been placed, you will be asked to make payment by either BACS or Paypal. The payment information to me is encrypted and no details can be seen in full.

I aim to bake the brownies within 72 hours of you placing an order, please note this is not guaranteed. If you require brownies in a hurry, please contact me and I can give you a realistic timescale.

Once payment has been made, only then will the brownies be baked and dispatched.

If you need to cancel an order, please get in touch with me as soon as possible. Refunds are not permitted if costs have been incurred by me.

Once the brownies have been posted to you, I will ensure you receive a tracking number. I will not be held responsible for any packages that are delayed, lost or damaged in transit, though I will do my best to help you claim against the carrier. 

The brownies will be packaged in a safe and secure manner

All images on here are for display purposes only, your brownies may be different to that shown. All images used are my own, and I kindly ask that you do not use or copy my images without permission.

I reserve the right to make changes at any time to the contents of the website. This includes images, flavours, descriptions, prices and shipping charges/services


When you place an order with Harvest View Brownies, the information received is your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is collected so I can fulfil your order. If you are purchasing as a gift and wish for me to send directly to the recipient, then their information is also received by me. The information is never passed on to third parties nor used for marketing. I will only contact you if there are any questions or queries relating to your order. Should you wish for your data to be removed, please email me here 


Perishable goods purchased cannot be returned, however, in the unlikely event you are not happy with the brownies please do get in touch with me immediately, so I can endeavour to put things right.
